investing in positive cash-flowing properties across the tri-state area with the mission to "provide
affordable quality housing for all income classes." If potential purchasers cannot qualify for a loan
due to a shortage in down payment amount required by a lender we work with them by offering
our Rent-to-Own program. In addition, we also provide financing. If potential purchasers cannot
qualify for a mortgage due to poor credit our affiliate partner offers an affordable & unique credit
restoration program that improves the borrower's credit score in order to surpass the mortgage
